ok this doesnt make sense to me why would you put flat bars on it trying to lower the front and have an uncut steer tube and a tall crown? weird

Flat crowns hit the top tube and make dents. The uncut steerer is incase I wanted to run a regular stem later as opposed to a direct mount.
